WowStead Technical Support Business Hours

Please be aware that though these are specific business time posted, we still try to respond throughout the off hours times if we can. 

Some issues cannot be handled out side of these hours so you will need to wait for the next business day for further support.

* Events such as Blizzcon and the days surrounding it are considered holidays and support will be closed.
** when a holiday falls on a nonworkday -- Saturday or Sunday -- the holiday usually is observed on Monday (if the holiday falls on Sunday) or Friday (if the holiday falls on Saturday).

We try to initially respond to tickets within the first 24-48 Business hours, but time is determined by amount of tickets in queue before yours, the issue, and if further actions needs to be done to handle you ticket (ie translations or decoding).

Other sources of help:

The forums are open 24/7, and have users and mods that also check on them outside of business hours.  The forums are not official tech support and cannot help you with all issues that may arise, but check there to see if your answer has already been answered or possibly to get an answer or help.

The Knowledge Base is another area to find answers to common issues.  You may also want to check there on how to trouble-shoot some of your issues.

And there is always Google you can try searching as well.
